Welcome to our GiftVouchers.ie! eBookIreland Promotions t/a Gift Vouchers and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Gift Voucher Use
Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of voucher issue unless the voucher states that it is valid for a explicit period only. Vouchers may only be redeemed at the business for which it was purchased.
Gift Vouchers are e-mailed to the recipient specified during the order process. The purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to other-by printing the voucher once and by closing down the webpage immediately once printed. Vouchers must be presented to the business when redeeming which will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the business for which it was purchased. Please contact business directly for details.
Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference solely at the discretion of the business for which it was purchased. Please contact business directly for details.
Discount Vouchers are valid for a period less than 12 months or for specific days or time of day. Discount vouchers may only be redeemed at the business for which it was purchased.
Discount Vouchers have restrictions on their use, over and above these terms & conditions, which are printed on the voucher and the recipient is bound by these additional terms and conditions.
Neither Gift Vouchers or Discount Vouchers can be exchanged for cash.
Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of GiftVouchers.ie.
GiftVouchers.ie will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the business and voucher holder/customer.
GiftVouchers.ie businesses will change from time to time, and businesses listed may withdraw from the scheme, at any time, but all such businesses will honour any valid vouchers in issue on or before the date they ceased to be a member of the scheme.
If you Purchase Vouchers on GiftVouchers.ie or associate sites, the business and not GiftVouchers.ie is:
(i). the seller of the Voucher Products;
(ii). solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher you Purchase; and
(iii). solely responsible for supplying the Voucher Products to you in accordance with the description provided on the Voucher and for the Voucher Products themselves.
GiftVouchers.ie  takes no responsibility for failure of the Merchant to supply the Voucher Products to you in the event of liquidation or the closing of the Merchant business.
For Hospitality Vouchers, any reservation guaranteed by a voucher will be subject to the businesses reservations policy. Please contact the business for details on their cancelation policies.
Gift Vouchers takes no responsibility for failure of the business to supply the Voucher Products to customers in the event of liquidation or the closing of the Merchant business.

All items purchased from GiftVouchers.ie are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
